Return and Exchange Policy

Return and Exchange Policy:
Your return must reach us within 30 days from the date of delivery/collection with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exclusions:
The following categories are not returnable/exchangeable: Sale items, gift cards. Sale of these product categories are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Condition of item(s):
Please make sure all items are unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered! All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging.

Reimbursement & processing time:
After your return's been confirmed, you'll be issued a Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item. We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders and delivery fees, if any, won't be refunded. Your return will be processed within 5-7 business days from when we receive it.

Return options:
1) Returns via Mail. You may mail your item(s) to the address below:

*Please note that you will have to cover any shipping/delivery costs for returning your item.

We'll have your return processed within 7 business days from your drop off date. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email update from us!

2) Returns via our WeBarre Dhoby Ghaut studio (Free)

Simply drop off your online order(s) at our Dhoby Ghaut studio location during opening hours.
Your return will be processed within 5-7 working days from when we receive it.

If you received a defective item / wrong order:
We're so sorry you received a defective item! Please allow us to fix this for you.

Your Order Reference (e.g XX)
A screen grab of your receipt
Photo of the defect

Our team will get back to you as soon as possible and assist you with an exchange. If the piece is no longer in-stock, store credit or a refund will be issued to you.
